"They have the best customer service! I have had all of my insurance with them for many years and would never even think of using any other insurance agency! I feel like the staff are my friends. "I was with Erie and I had rate lock, which means my policy price wouldn't change as long as I didn't change anything on it. We sold a motorcycle and dropped it from our insurance. Low and behold, our rates went up as soon as we did that because we didn't realize removing a vehicle was considered a "change." In comes Ryan California. Ryan sat with me and went through my Erie policy. Not only did he identify several areas of inefficiency of coverage, he was able to build me a plan that saved me thousands of dollars over what I was paying with Erie. The best part... We paid less, but he was able to increase our coverage! Insurance is one of those things no one wants to pay, but you're glad you have it when you need it. I am grateful for Ryan for sitting down with me and explaining the "why" behind my coverage and making sure my family and I are protected. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and professionalism with me."
